Job summary

Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to join our expanding clinical team.

The ideal candidate will travel between assigned clinics, provide clinical and administrative support, and help ensure a positive patient experience.

Candidates should have CMA/RMA certification, MA program, high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; 1–2 years of medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program.
• Current CMA or RMA certification if applicable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between assigned clinics.

Responsibilities

• Float Coverage & Scheduling across multiple clinics.
• Clinical Support for procedures and patient flow.
• Multi-Clinic & Provider Support with varying workflows.
• Administrative Support and documentation in EMR.
