Job summary

Family Health Medical Services, PLLC is seeking a Rooming Nurse (LPN) to support providers and ensure a smooth patient experience in our Jamestown, NY offices. The role involves rooming patients, taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.

You will float between two Jamestown offices, 38-40 hours/week, with a pay range of $19.00–$23.00 per hour. NY LPN licensure and CPR are required, along with a nursing degree; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• New York State Practical Nursing Licensure is required.
• CPR training is required.
• Nursing Degree is required.
• Six months to one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and perform medication reconciliation during rooming process.
• Report patient health-related needs to provider.
• Assist with vaccine administration and disease management tasks as appropriate.
• Perform procedures and assist providers.
• Maintain updated patient records and accurate documentation in the EHR.
