Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook in Savoy, IL is seeking a Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The role involves providing resident care, supporting the Wellness Director, and coordinating care across the community in collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Direct patient care experience and clinical assessment skills.
• CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of Company philosophies.
• Provide resident care and support Wellness Director and staff.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• supervise medication program and assist in medication room.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Report significant incidents or changes to leadership.
• Assist with resident assessments and care plans.
• Participate in staff training and orientation.
• Attend in-service programs and staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of caregivers.
