Job summary

Life Flight Network is seeking a fixed-wing pilot to safely operate Pilatus aircraft for critical patient transport. This full-time role covers Boise, Idaho and Richland, Washington, with on-call shifts and varied schedules.

A strong leadership mindset and exceptional communication skills are essential, along with extensive turbine and PIC experience. The candidate must hold an FAA ATP or be enrolled in required training; medical certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• FAA ATP certificate required or expected during initial hire training.
• 2500 PIC hours on airplanes.
• 1000 hours in aircraft with retractable gear.
• 1500 turbine hours and 250 hours instrument time.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Safely plan flights and load passengers, baggage, and cargo; analyze weather.
• Maintain logs and records; prepare written reports.
• Clean aircraft, unit quarters, and hangar.
