Life Flight Network in Hilo, HI is seeking a fixed-wing pilot to safely operate Pilatus aircraft for transport of critically ill or injured patients. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and on-call flexibility in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Aviation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional pilot.
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate.
• 2500 hours PIC time Airplane.
• 1500 Turbine hours.
• 500 hours in a turbo prop aircraft.
• 250 hours instrument time.
• 250 hours unaided night time experience.
• 25 hours operating a PC-12 with recent training.
• Current FAA Second class flight physical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Safely plan flights; load passengers, baggage, and cargo; analyze weather.
• Maintain logs and records and prepare written reports.
• Clean aircraft, unit quarters and hangar.
