Providence Community Health invites Family Nurse Practitioners to join our Float Team in Providence, Rhode Island. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules with weekday outpatient clinic coverage and no weekends or inpatient duties.

The clinician covers PCHC providers on leave, helping maintain access across eight clinics. As a valued member of the clinician team, you contribute to patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for PCHC providers on leave
• No regular patient panel management
• Weekday outpatient clinic only; no weekends; no inpatient
• For a Float full-time schedule: 4 clinic days; 1 admin day
• Float providers are members of PCHC's clinician team
