Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist in Chillicothe, OH. You will work with a team to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services, develop treatment plans, and support daily life skills for clients with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with licensed clinicians, linking clients to services, and ensuring crisis prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or a high school diploma with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist

$18.20-$20.90 per hour (M-F with some flexibility)
