ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist to deliver therapeutic behavioral services under supervision in Ohio. This role focuses on developing individualized supports, crisis prevention, and life-skill restoration for clients across age ranges.

The position offers hourly pay between $18.20 and $20.90, with weekdays schedule and some flexibility. Travel within the service area is required, and a valid driver's license plus auto insurance are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
