Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring a Float Resident Aide/CNA to support residents at our two Minnesota facilities. The role involves providing routine care, monitoring health, personal care, and basic medical tasks in an assisted living setting.

The position is part-time with possible full-time hours, offering shifts including AM/PM/overnight and travel between Duluth and Wrenshall locations. Must be 18+, pass background checks, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass MN DHS background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Every other weekend availability required.
• Previous PCA or CNA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the residents.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing.
• Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medications, checking vitals and blood sugars.
• Assisting with room cleans and serving meals.
