We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders.
How you’ll serve our patients: As a patient care professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation. The BHT works under the supervision of the Nursing department and is responsible for the direct care of inpatient and residential patients by providing patient supervision and support.

Compensation starting range for the Behavioral Health Technician is $20.00- $25.00 based upon market expectations and candidate experience.
