ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions seeks a Float Behavioral Health Case Manager in Newark, OH. Positions available are full-time and part-time, with a shift pattern Mon–Fri 9am–5pm or afternoons/evenings for part-timers.

Compensation is $18–$21 per hour based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive for productivity exceeding expectations. Travel within the service area may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus 3+ years in a related field or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
• Experience or training with mental/behavioral health conditions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Develop service plans and treatment plans for individuals.
• Offer linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services.
• Deliver services to individuals or groups of clients.
• Foster positive relationships with outside contacts.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
