Job summary

Behavioral Innovations (BI) is seeking a Float BCBA to provide in-person clinical oversight across Oklahoma City metro centers. This role covers leaves, vacancies, and new clinic openings, with travel between centers required.

You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, conduct assessments, develop plans, train parents, and collaborate with families and schools. A BCBA certification and state licensure are required, with compensation at $85 per billable hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification, in good standing with BACB.
• State Licensure (LBA) as required — TX and OK mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rotating caseload of clients (1,000–1,200 therapy hours/month).
• Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and program modifications (~12% supervision or 25–30 billable hours/week).
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Train, coach, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Implement individualized parent training programs.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support onboarding BCBAs, DeNovo clinic growth, and area coverage needs.
• Attend clinical and administrative meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and documentation standards.
