Float Aircraft Maintenance Technician - RW (NE)

Join us at Med-Trans Corporation as a Float Aircraft Maintenance Technician - RW (NE).

We are immediately hiring for a Full-Time A&P Float Mechanic - Rotor Wing in Gallup, NM, with a competitive salary range of $62,705 - $91,455 annually, including stipends and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft, providing regular updates to the Lead Technician.
  • Manage inventory, update logs, and document parts and FAA information per regulations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment and ensure effective communication with team members and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, with recent experience within the last 24 months.
  • Valid A&P license, high school diploma or GED, and experience with EC130 and AS350 aircraft.
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations, ability to travel between bases, and physical ability to lift heavy objects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA Inspection Authorization, CFR Part 135 experience, autopilot, avionics, electrical, and Airbus maintenance experience.
