In this active role, you’ll work alongside teammates to handle products safely, keep work areas organized, and support daily warehouse operations.

As a Flipper, you’ll report to the Warehouse Supervisor and help keep products moving safely and accurately through the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

Lift, carry, stack, and move boxes and products throughout the warehouse.

Work with teammates to team lift products weighing up to 150 pounds daily.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with warehouse and inventory cleanup.

Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and supervisor instructions.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Support special projects and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and adapting to varying temperatures.

Ability to listen carefully, follow directions, and work effectively with a team.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

Ability to keep pace in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is a physically active position that involves standing and walking while carrying boxes for up to 10 hours per day. Duties require frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and use of hands, along with reaching, climbing, squatting, and kneeling. Products weighing up to 150 pounds are lifted as a team. Work takes place around warehouse material-handling equipment, with varying temperatures and occasional exposure to dust or airborne particles. No travel is required.
