Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate self-propelled vehicles (forklifts, lifts, towing equipment).
• Proficiency with aircraft maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of aircraft components per specifications and FAA regulations.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify wear or damage and perform necessary repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system issues.
• Adhere to maintenance manuals, specifications, and regulatory requirements during all activities.
• Document all maintenance activities in logs and records accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and provide feedback on aircraft performance.
• Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
• Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
• Perform flightline operations, inspections, or repairs, including in restricted spaces and adverse weather.
