Delta Airlines in Arizona is hiring an Instructor to develop and oversee Fleet Common Programs. You will work within Pilot Learning and Improvement to ensure training aligns with corporate safety and operational goals, applying ADDIE-based ISD methods.

The role requires experience with ISD strategies, project management, and effective written and verbal communication with internal and external partners. A Bachelor Degree and adaptability to travel are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Apply ISD methods to design, develop, and align pilot training programs with Delta's goals.
• Support internal and external reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and assessment plans.
• Create and maintain training content, guides, syllabi, and learning objectives archives.
• Maintain formal documentation of programs and a certificate/recording system.
• Travel as required to support program delivery (occasional).
