Qualifications

• USAF Test Pilot School Graduate.
• More than 750 hours fighter flight experience.
• Master’s Degree with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience.
• TS/SCI with SAP eligible

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and lead all phases of flight test planning and execution to ensure safe and effective evaluation of advanced aircraft.
• Provide critical subject matter expertise and technical consultation on aircraft systems, performance, and operational capabilities to guide engineering and development efforts.
• Direct programmatic and technical coordination between engineering, program management, and external stakeholders to align flight test activities with project goals.
• Analyze and interpret complex flight test data to validate aircraft performance, identify deficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for system improvements
