Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or field support in UAS, aviation, military, film production, or similarly complex field environments.
• Demonstrated experience planning travel and logistics for teams, including lodging, vehicles, and equipment.
• Working knowledge of FPV drones or SUAS operation.
• Experience working hands-on in field environments, including long days outdoors in varying weather.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight at test sites regularly during the week.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Valid driver's license and comfort driving full-size Sprinter vans and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book travel for test campaigns, including lodging, rental vehicles, and equipment shipping, and manage relationships with rental agencies, lodging providers, and suppliers
• Support flight test days in the field as part of the test crew, including site setup and teardown, battery management, aircraft prep, and data logging
• Maintain field vehicles, equipment, and inventory, including tracking maintenance and ordering supplies
• Coordinate with the regulatory team to ensure flight test activities comply with FAA authorizations, airspace requirements, and site permissions
• Coordinate crew, vehicle, and range availability for weekly test schedules and keep schedules current as plans change
• Build checklists, load-out lists, and documentation that make test logistics repeatable and faster over time
