Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Flight Test Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Flight Test Directorate at the Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The role coordinates planning, execution, and integration of MDS flight tests and requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

You will track target build up, develop timelines, manage checklists, and provide on-site coordination for Target Test Directors while collaborating with external program offices and target providers.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain at minimum a Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of Missile Defense System components and system-level topics.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust to changing requirements, deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external program offices and target providers to track target build up from start to finish.
• Provide target timelines integrated into checklists for completion of the MDA flight test.
• Identify off-nominal scenarios with DTF training team to support on-console training.
• Develop and implement standardized plans, processes, and checklists to enhance program efficiency.
• Manage essential documentation to support mission execution and post-test activities.
• Provide on-site support at deployed locations, coordinating for Target Test Directors.
• Create and track rosters for a robust target test team deploying for MDA flight tests.
