Job summary

Boeing seeks a Flight Test Engineering Manager in Oklahoma City, OK to lead the BT&E team supporting the MS&B portfolio. You will oversee planning, integration, and execution of flight test activities for AWACS programs, building high-performing teams and delivering safe, efficient test outcomes.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive disciplined execution, mentoring engineers and ensuring compliance with engineering processes and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading teams in development, certification, or operational test programs.
• Willing to travel 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse team of engineers and mission systems operators.
• Plan, integrate, and execute lab, ground, and flight tests.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality test outcomes.
• Manage staffing, resources, and Earned Value Management to meet program needs.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and program risks.
• Provide guidance on technical approaches and drive continuous improvement.
