Qualifications

• Experience as Flight Test Engineer in experimental flight testing
• Excellent interpersonal communication across disciplines
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel
• English language proficiency and 30% travel requirement

Responsibilities

• Develop test programs to expand envelope and capabilities
• Plan flight tests, conduct briefs/debriefs, and analyze data
• Analyze flight test data to support design and certification
• Coordinate with engineering for test input and planning
• Operate as a flight crewmember during tests
• Report test results and compliance findings
• Advise pilots on data implications for real-time decisions
• Develop system knowledge and test documentation
• Triage issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Prepare flight manuals and operating procedures
• Support additional duties as needed
