Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO seeks a Flight Test Engineer – Test Conductor to support F-15 flight test programs globally. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing flight tests, preparing test plans and readiness reviews, and leading test data analyses while working with internal and external customers.

Required are a BS in engineering or related field, ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, and 1+ years in flight/test environments with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Experience in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment
• 1+ years of experience authoring test plans and/or test cards
• 1+ years of experience executing tests in a control room as flight test engineer, test conductor, or test director

Responsibilities

• Plan, Author, and Coordinate modifications across teams and sites
• Manage multiple programs concurrently
• Prepare and publish test plans, flight test cards, and schedules
• Lead remote site deployments and test readiness reviews
• Conduct ground and flight tests per approved plans and procedures
• Analyze post-test data and publish summaries/reports
• Coordinate test ranges/facilities with internal and external customers
