Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation seeks a Summer 2027 Flight Test Engineer Collegiate Associate Intern in Savannah, GA. You will work with an engineering team on real-world flight test challenges and gain exposure to multiple Gulfstream departments in a state-of-the-art environment.

You will collaborate with mentors across Innovation, Engineering and Flight, applying classroom knowledge to aerospace systems and flight test activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program in one of the listed engineering disciplines (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems).
• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded) and listed on resume.
• Summer 2027 duration typically 10–12 weeks; on-site requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and complete discrete engineering tasks on schedule.
• Support component and full-scale aircraft prototype and test activities during Gulfstream product lifecycles.
• Generate and analyze miscellaneous technical test data to aid decisions.
• Interface with internal groups such as Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement as needed.
