Job summary

Gulfstream invites applications for the Summer 2027 Flight Test Engineer Collegiate Associate Intern position in Savannah, GA. Interns will contribute to real‑world engineering projects in Flight Test and gain exposure to manufacturing and test facilities while working with experienced professionals.

Open to undergraduate through PhD students in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, with on-site work starting May 2027 and a 3.0 GPA requirement.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• Available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester, beginning in May 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and contribute by completing discrete engineering tasks on schedule.
• Using company procedures, apply engineering knowledge to resolve aircraft related issues.
• Support component and full‑scale aircraft prototype and test activities during the lifecycle of Gulfstream products.
• Generate and analyze miscellaneous technical test data.
• Interface with internal organizations and external suppliers as needed.
• Develop knowledge of application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in assigned field of expertise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
