• Provide on-console engineering support for technicians during daily test stand operations.
• Perform real-time and post-test data review to evaluate performance and document results.
• Find ways to create, review, and optimize test processes to improve capability and rate.
• Identify system pitfalls and hazards; collaborate on improvements for flight hardware.
• Serve as final authority to ensure safe operational execution.
• Perform other related duties to ensure an efficient work environment.
