Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Flight Test Engineer to support the Reliability & Maintainability Office in planning, execution, and oversight of test activities for munitions, legacy training aircraft, and weapon systems.

The role involves working with government stakeholders to evaluate information, develop recommendations, mitigate risk, and ensure tests meet performance, safety, cost, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering or test program experience.
• Familiarity with multiple USAF airframes (A-10, F-16, F-22 or similar).
• Graduate of Edwards Test Pilot School or equivalent.
• 2+ years of formal test program experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Background in munitions or weapons testing.
• Experience interpreting Test & Evaluation guidance.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, mitigation plans, and test safety.
• Prior experience supporting AFRL or Air Force test organizations.
