Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the development, preparation, and review of various test documentation, including data plans, methods of test, flight cards, and analysis reports.
• Forecast test assets and range requirements, and serve as Point Of Contact for test development.
• Integrate with program offices and prime contractors on test requirements.
• Act as test director or test conductor during mission execution.
• Brief and debrief executing aircrew on mission requirements.
• Coordinate logistical efforts related to test equipment.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years of experience or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering plus 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years of Test & Evaluation (T&E) experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Must be Special Access Program eligible.
• Familiarity with instrumentation, range, aircraft, aircrew, data and safety constraints associated with developmental test.
• Experience with aircraft and weapons integration and developmental testing in a highly classified environment.
• Experience or familiarity with instrumentation, range, aircraft, aircrew, data, infrastructure, and safety constraints associated with developmental flight test. MRTFB testing at locations such as Eglin AFB, Nellis AFB, Edwards AFB, China Lake NAS, Point Mugu NAS, White Sands Missile Range, and others.

Desired Skills

• Master's degree in Physics from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Familiarity with government and prime contractor interactions during the acquisition and testing of aircraft and weapons.
• Familiarity with the 96 TW test process.

Compensation
