Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of pre‑mission flight test design/scenarios.
• Perform pre‑mission target and interceptor trajectory generation.
• Conduct pre‑mission quantitative safety and risk analyses.
• Support Range Safety Working Group meetings and activities.
• Assist with pre‑mission telemetry link and radar assessments.
• Conduct COLA assessments for day‑of‑flight execution.

Skills

Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA)

Experience with MATLAB

Experience with Python

Experience with Java

Basic understanding of orbital mechanics

Knowledge of RF engineering

Knowledge of Range Commander’s Council Standards

Education

BA/BS in a relevant field
