Job summary
Hermeus is seeking a Flight Termination System Responsible Engineer to oversee the design, integration, and testing of flight termination hardware. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of aerospace high criticality hardware experience and a relevant engineering degree. Responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of the FTS and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. The position offers a salary between 91,800 - 224,250 USD annually, unlimited PTO, and comprehensive health benefits.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in aerospace high criticality hardware.
Ability to communicate technical challenges effectively.
Must be able to maintain a DoD security clearance.
Responsibilities
Own the full life cycle of the Flight Termination System.
Lead system design including mechanical and electrical hardware.
Manage the integration with avionics and fluid systems.
Skills
