.Corvid's Launch Vehicle's team is looking to add an experienced telemetry engineer to support development and testing of various launch systems. This position will work to design and integrate telemetry systems used for real‑time data acquisition during a variety of test events – including flight tests, ground tests, automotive testing and more.
Candidate will need to bring a solid technical foundation in related areas, including the ability to integrate telemetry receivers, bit synchronizers, decommutators, frame sync equipment, DAQ systems, and recorders. The role will not only develop but monitor real-time telemetry links (antennas, RF paths, modulation, signal quality) and understand (to mitigate) dropouts, BER, sync loss, frame errors and timing issues. This opportunity will have a direct impact on programs critical to national defense and next generation system development.
