Qualifications

• Experience with mission-critical or safety-critical software development.
• Proven ability to define and implement architectures for embedded/flight software.
• Strong C/C++ proficiency for real-time development.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS in embedded environments.

Responsibilities

• Define flight software architectures for real-time, safety-critical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and designs.
• Lead verification activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee fault-tolerant flight software for autonomous vehicles.
• Guide real-time embedded software design and integration.
• Oversee unit tests and validation in HIL environments.
• Drive release of embedded software aligned with mission requirements.
• Contribute to software architecture and detailed design documentation.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Apply agile project management across the lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership without direct line management.
