  • Supports integration troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving configuration and performance issues alongside the Solutions Architect and customer engineering teams.
  • Assists in developing future module enhancements and updates to the platform, including implementation of new features defined by the Solutions Architect.
  • Supports generation of certification‑related evidence (e.g., DO-178C/CAST-32A‑aligned artifacts) for new features and integration work, as directed.
  • Documents integration procedures, configuration steps, and lessons learned to support repeatable customer implementations.
  • Coordinates closely with the Solutions Architect on priorities, technical approach, and schedule for both implementation and enhancement work.
  • Travels to customer sites as needed to support integration milestones and implementation reviews.
