Job summary

MCSG Technologies is seeking a cFS Software Developer to support NASA GSFC cFS projects from Greenbelt, MD. The role is hybrid with on-site work as required and focuses on sustaining engineering for reusable flight software components used by NASA and other government agencies.

The position emphasizes software development across lifecycle stages, collaboration with the PDL and dev teams, and delivery of flight-ready software solutions for missions. A bachelor's in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with embedded flight software and safety-critical systems.
• Proficient software lifecycle knowledge and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with NASA or government software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and sustain reusable Core Flight System components.
• Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and integration.
• Support CI/CD processes and automated build environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and provide customer support.
