EngRadar in Alameda, California is seeking a hands-on engineer to design and optimize autonomous flight software, focusing on guidance, navigation, and control. You will integrate software with onboard sensors and avionics to enable safe, real-time mission execution, including validation in simulated environments.

The ideal candidate has strong C++, Python, or Rust skills, plus ROS experience, flight simulation testing, and HITL validation.
