Job summary

Delaware Resource Group LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Senior Simulator Technician to resolve complex simulator issues, guide junior staff, and ensure documentation is accurate. The role supports DoD training devices and networks, with emphasis on readings from manuals, schematics, and test equipment.

You will diagnose malfunctions, perform readouts and tests, and supervise maintenance actions to keep training systems ready. Occasional overtime and shift flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Requires technical education in electronics, electromechanical, computer, aviation or simulation tech.
• Minimum 4 years total related experience with significant simulator maintenance background.
• Knowledge of maintenance manuals and reference documents.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex system problems using technical knowledge and manuals.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and status.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform tests on simulators and associated equipment.
• Interpret schematics and drawings; create simplified versions.
• Maintain and operate training devices and networks.
• Perform basic modifications to existing simulators.
