Job summary

Air New Zealand is looking for Airbus Flight Simulator Instructors to join their innovative training team in Auckland. Candidates must have A320 operational experience, valid qualifications, and meet specific flight hour requirements. Qualifications

  • 3000 hours total flight time required.
  • 1500 hours pilot-in-command of a Part 121 aircraft required.
  • 750 hours pilot-in-command multi-engine required.

  • Train airline pilots using state-of-the-art facilities.

We have opportunities for suitably qualifiedAirbus Flight Simulator Instructorsto join our Flight Simulator Training team in Auckland in the coming months.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • A320 family operational experience

  • Meet the requirements to hold a NZCAA Part 121 Flight Examiner approval

  • Hold an A320 type rating

  • Instructional experience in an airline environment

and will also meet the minimum hours below:

  • 3000 hours total flight time

  • 1500 hours pilot-in-command of a Part 121 aircraft

  • 750 hours pilot-in-command multi-engine.
