The Intelligence and Operations Solutions Division within the Airborne & Mission Solutions Business Area of Leidos is seeking a Flight School Student Program Coordinator supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Aviation Training Services and Operational Support (ATSOS) program in Fort Rucker, AL. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your project coordination expertise in direct support of the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE)- one of the most respected training environments in the world.
As the prime contractor for ATSOS, Leidos delivers comprehensive flight and simulation training, classroom instruction, and schoolhouse support, including One Army School System (OASS) integration and Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) maintenance. In this position, you will play a critical role in preparing Army National Guard maintainers for the demanding operational environments they face.
Leidos is hiring a Flight School Student Program Coordinator to execute the management, administrative, and training support functions required by the ARNG Liaison Office. These duties span across multiple roles, including Officer in Charge (OIC), equivalent duties and Administrative Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) duties. The selected candidate will bridge multiple operational roles, ensuring seamless student tracking, orders processing, and academic evaluation in compliance with ARNG and active-duty standards. Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
