Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a full-time Flight Paramedic for Red Bluff, CA. You will provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care, collaborating with flight teams and external providers to ensure rapid, safe transport of patients.

The role requires active Paramedic Certification, 3+ years in a busy 911/pre-hospital setting (5 years preferred), and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/ITLS. FP-C within 24 months is expected, along with physical readiness and strong communication

Qualifications

• Active Paramedic Certification in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service (5 years preferred).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and elevate care standards.
• Rotation schedule based on operational needs.
