Mercy in Rogers, AR is seeking a Flight Paramedic to deliver high-quality critical care during air medical transport, performing assessment, triage, and treatment under stressful conditions. You will work with Flight Nurse and provide advanced life support, administer medications, and manage equipment in the helicopter's confined space.
Applicants must hold AR EMT-P or MO EMS-P license, 3 years ER/CC experience, current BLS/ACLS/PALS, and complete ITLS/PHTLS within 6 months, ATLS within 6

Working with the Flight Nurse, this position requires the ability to administer medicine and provide advanced life support in a helicopter's confined and noisy space. This role requires a combination of advanced clinical skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Current paramedic license in state of operation:
Three years ER or Critical Care experience.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Must be able to use a Cardiac Monitor, Non-Invasive and invasive BP Monitor, Mechanical Ventilator, C02 monitor, IABP, Impella, Intubation, Infusion Pump, and computer.
Previous flight paramedic experience preferred.
