Qualifications

• 3+ years of 911 or critical care experience.
• Active EMT-P license/certification in states served.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certifications required.
• Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records within the specified time.
• Perform daily base checks including narcotic counts.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care from start to handoff.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through ongoing training and labs.
• Document licensure, certifications, CE, safety, and procedures as required.
• Know equipment maintenance and supply usage for emergency missions.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and facilities.
• Serve as a medical flight team member and participate in briefings.
• Assist in pre-mission liftoff checks and pilot support as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards for crew, patients, and equipment.
• Fill open shifts as directed by Regional Director.
