UCHealth seeks a Paramedic for direct patient care during air and ground critical care transport at the Loveland facility. This onsite role offers a flex shift and a pay rate of $27.61–$41.41 per hour, tied to experience. Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, with comprehensive UCHealth benefits.

The position requires NREMT and Colorado EMT-P at hire, FP-C certification, and a valid driver’s license. Minimum 3 years paramedic experience and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP or equivalent licenses are expected.

• Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C)
• Minimum 3 years paramedic experience
• Valid driver's license; BLS/CPR through authorized provider; ACLS, PALS, NRP or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care during all phases of transport.
• Document assessments, interventions and responses within required timeframes.
• Ensure equipment is functional and complete vehicle/equipment checklists.
• Collaborate across disciplines to improve outcomes and educate facilities.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and work with minimal supervision in fast-paced settings.
