Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health seeks an experienced paramedic to provide high‑quality pre-hospital and inter-facility care in rotor wing transport settings. You will apply ALS/BLS protocols, coordinate with flight teams, and ensure patient safety from on-scene care through transport.

Responsibilities include contributing to clinical policy, performance improvement activities, and community outreach while maintaining current NJ paramedic certification and required credentials.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Paramedic certification or eligible for reciprocity.
• NREMT-P preferred.
• CCEMT-P and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate safe, comprehensive care for patients in pre-hospital settings and during inter-facility transport.
• Apply emergency rotor wing transport principles and techniques.
• Contribute to policy development, performance improvement, and community outreach.
