Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a 911 or critical care setting.
• Current EMT-P license/certification for states served.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certification required before flight status.
• FP-C certified within 24 months from hire date.
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred.
• NREMT-P certification may be required in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care from first contact to handoff.
• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatch.
• Perform daily base checks including narcotic counts and safety checks.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing education in the Education Manual.
• Support pre-mission liftoff and pilot assistance as needed and ensure safety briefing compliance.
