Job summary

FlexStaff is seeking a First Officer to assist the Captain in all aspects of flight operations for planned routes, including airworthiness, weight and balance, and on-time cargo delivery.

Responsibilities include pre-flight planning, in-flight duties, and post-flight procedures while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company requirements. This role requires 1,200 hours flight time, PIC time, turbine time, and multi-engine experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate required.
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land and Instrument ratings required.
• 3–5 years of relevant technical experience, inclusive of flight time milestones.
• 1,200 hours minimum flight time, 500 hours PIC, 200 hours turbine, 100 hours multi-engine.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 135/91 regulations, flight planning software, EFB and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient conduct of each flight assignment.
• Serve as Second-in-Command on a Pilatus PC-24.
• Assist the Captain in pre-flight planning, in-flight duties and post-flight procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Company GOM, Ops specs, LOAs, FAA regulations and manuals.
• Support process improvements and development of new clinical services.
