Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Ground Instructor / Courseware Developer (NJUS) to conduct FAA mandatory ground training for crewmembers and other personnel on operations related material.

You will facilitate classroom sessions, assist with courseware development, maintain training records in Fox, and collaborate with the Training & Standards Department to support projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering one-on-one and group training.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and adapt to diverse learners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ground instruction to pilot initial hires, recurrent, upgrade, and remedial training.
• Assist with editing and creating new classroom material.
• Maintain training records in Fox and approved forms.
• Develop positive relationships with crew members and coordinate with other groups.
• Support Training & Standards projects and collaborate with Ground Instructor staff.
