NetJets is seeking a Ground Instructor / Courseware Developer to lead FAA mandatory ground training for crewmembers and to support operations training for other personnel. The role includes classroom delivery, development of new material, and accurate record-keeping in Fox Training Management System.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Aviation or Business Administration and 2–4 years of experience, with a focus on service excellence and classroom facilitation.

• Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible instruction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA-mandatory ground training for crewmembers.

• Maintain training records in the Training Management System.
