Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking an Operations Agent to help keep flights on schedule and ensure customer care. You will support boarding, weight and balance checks, and coordination with Ramp and Dispatch teams at gate areas.

Role is part-time with potential for overtime and benefits. Compliance with U.S. work authorization is required and training is provided to learn the Operations Agent procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to Customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Coordinate Ramp, Operations, Provisioning and servicing aircraft for on-time departures.
• Assist with boarding, weight and balance, and communications with airport teams.
• Operate in gate area, jetways, and air freight facilities under varying conditions.
• Assist with fueling, weight/balance forms, and dispatch-related documents.
