Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a full-time Flight Nurse in Evansville, IN to deliver critical care during air transport. You will work with flight teams to provide safe, high-quality medical support and meet rigorous standards.

Requirements include Indiana RN licensure, 3+ years critical care experience (5 preferred), CFRN within 24 months, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS with TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS or equivalents. Weight and fitness tests apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
• CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.
• Completion of Medical Group education/orientation program.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts based on operational needs.
