Survival Flight, Inc. in Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking highly motivated registered nurses to join our air medical team. You will provide lifesaving care during rapid patient transport and work alongside experienced flight nurses and paramedics.

Based at one Lawton base, this full-time role requires ED/ICU experience, and offers comprehensive benefits, state-of-the-art equipment, and ongoing training to support exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN with at least 3 years in a high-acuity Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• PHTLS or ITLS; CFRN or CEN is a plus; maximum 230-pound weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid, lifesaving care in air medical transport.
• Collaborate with flight nurses and flight paramedics to plan patient care.
• Maintain medical equipment and complete timely documentation.
