Survival Flight, a leading air medical provider based in the United States, is seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses for its Alva, Oklahoma operation. Both full-time and part-time positions are available to join a team delivering rapid critical care with top-tier equipment and support.

Qualified candidates hold Oklahoma RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ideally PHTLS/ITLS with 3+ years in ER/ICU. A CFRN/CEN is a plus. Equal opportunity employer and competitive benefits offered.

• Maximum 230-pound weight limit
